It is so sad to see Mom in this confused state. She seems very happy in her apt. and has a routine with the ladies in the building so that is good. She seems good in the moment, but doesn't seem to be able to connect the dots after a few minutes.
My sister and I took her to her favourite place yesterday - the casino - and she just couldn't figure out how to do the machines. She said I don't like it here because the money doesn't "cling" out of the machine. LOL. I think that was her last trip.
She has amazing stamina at 96 though.
