I had to photograph this painting from the side because the flash just bounced off the gold and made it a blur. This is a piece of masks, music and texture. I call it Midnight at Mardi Gras

I bought two beautiful masks when I was in Vienna last year. I have been planning a collage using them as the main feature. I got started a couple of days ago and find I am a little stuck as usual. I think I should have made them larger...however, I think I will start assembling the rice papers, etc and see what happens.
