Angel Horns
Sometimes you can learn alot from a painting that didn't quite make it. I haven't been painting much this year due to the heart issues I have been rather lethargic with all the meds.
Anyway, I decided to get wild and pour some colours onto a wet sheet and see if it spoke to me. I decided to put in some angel horns that I had in my garden, which would have been fine...however,
Having 3 flowers in a row is not a good design and that is a major problem here. Perhaps I could go back and take one out with some dark colours. This is when you have to decide if it is worth saving.
Just sharing.

Pouring always gives you a cleaner colour and it sits on the fibers ..whereas a brush pushes the fibers down.
