Lady in Red

Collages to me are so fascinating to do. I include alot of texture and multiple layers of gesso and paint, rice papers, and washes of gold. The picture I took has a slight shine due to the gold on the surface...hard to take a picture without the shine :( Enjoy

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Wildwood Watercolours I have always wanted to create and can't remember when I didn't have a pencil or crayon in my hand. I didn't get started "really" painting until I was retired...so don't give up. I have studied with so many wonderful artists, e.g. Tom Lynch, Frank Webb, Skip Lawrence, Nita Leland, Donna Bospaly, and many more. I am now enjoying teaching in my new studio and have accommodations for anyone wanting to spend some time in a beautiful seaside town on the Pacific Ocean on Vancouver Island.
