Do all artists work in a cluttered environment? I have turned a small bedroom into my studio and as I look around I see baskets full of magazines, clippings that had colours I liked, photo boxes with all my reference photos, rows of art books that I have read but can't part with, drawers full of paints and brushes... sigh....
Perhaps if my painting table was neater I would feel more creative... behind me is a pile of paintings finishes but not good enough to frame...
I have an online friend that is really into art trading cards and they are truly creative and fun...maybe I should cut up some of these paintings that aren't going anywhere and make them into cards?
I think my mind is in a muddle like my studio :)
I was just thinking the same thing! What to do with all those paintings? Art trading cards is a good idea!
ReplyDeleteThese little art gems are wonderful and I know alot of people are into it...but what do you do with them..just put them in albums?
ReplyDeleteI don't know, I don't collect them. You could also make giftcards or bookmarks...
