Everyone knows what "writer's block" is but it seems painters have a block at times too.
Perhaps it is just the winter blahs but for the life of me I can't find a darn thing that inspires me right now. The painting posted is an old one that I did a few years ago. This lovely old house used to be a stagecoach stop and reinvents itself every few years. It has been a beautiful B&B but I think it is a private home at the moment. I have painted this house many times and it always charms me. Hmmmm, maybe I better dig out some reference photos of houses..:)
